Account & Data Deletion
Effective: 2026-06-01
This page tells you exactly how to delete your Fizeek AI account and the data tied to it. It is the public URL we submit to the Google Play Console under the Data deletion requirement, so it is intentionally written to be skimmable.

1. The fastest way: in-app
- Open the Fizeek AI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
- You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. The deletion is final after a 7-day grace period during which you can reverse it by signing back in.
This option works on both iOS and Android and meets Google Play's "in-app deletion" requirement.
2. If you can't open the app: web request
Email contact@wisnolect.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line:
Account deletion request
Include:
- Your account email.
- (Optional) the reason — helps us improve, no obligation.
We will:
- Acknowledge within 5 working days that we received your request.
- Verify you own the account (we'll send a one-time code to your account email).
- Delete your account within 30 days of verification.
3. What we delete
When the request is finalised, we delete:
- Your profile (name, email, password hash, avatar, date of birth).
- All workouts, meals, hydration, sleep, body metrics you logged.
- All chats with the AI coach.
- All meal-scan photos and their parsed results.
- All goal and program data.
- All session and device records.
- All third-party tokens (Apple Health, Google Fit, push tokens).
4. What we keep, briefly, and why

We do not keep your training data, meal photos, or AI chats after deletion.
5. Effect of deletion
- Your account is gone. We will not be able to recover it.
- Any push notifications and emails stop immediately.
- If you want to use Fizeek AI again later, you'll need to sign up fresh.
6. Data export before deletion
If you'd like a copy of your data before you delete, request an export in Settings → Privacy → Export my data or email contact@wisnolect.com. We provide it in JSON format within 30 days.
7. Children and family accounts
If you are a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a user under 16, email contact@wisnolect.com and we will handle it under our Privacy Policy §9.
