Fizeek AI is built by Greek ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the Fizeek AI mobile app and this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
We designed Fizeek AI to collect the minimum data we need to coach you. We do not sell your personal data. We do not show ads.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
From you, when you sign up
- Name, email, password (stored as a salted hash).
- Date of birth (we require you to be 16 or older).
- Optional avatar.
Health and fitness data, when you use the app
- Body metrics you enter: weight, height, body composition.
- Workout activity: sets, reps, RPE, duration, heart rate (if you connect a wearable).
- Nutrition: foods you log or scan, estimated calories and macros.
- Hydration and sleep, if you enter them.
- Goal and program preferences.
From your device, with permission
- Apple Health / Google Fit data you choose to sync.
- Camera images you submit to the meal-scan feature (processed, not stored beyond the result).
- Push-notification token.
- Approximate device language and region.
Automatically, when you use the app or this site
- Device model, OS version, app version, crash reports, anonymised usage events.
- IP address (truncated within 30 days).
- Cookies on this website only — see our Cookies Policy.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, microphone audio, or browsing history outside Fizeek.

4. AI features — what gets sent where
Some features rely on AI providers we contract with as data processors. They process your data only on our instructions and may not use it to train their models.

5. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Processors under written contract (cloud hosting, AI providers, analytics, crash reporting, email).
- Authorities when required by valid legal process.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale — you will be notified and your choices honoured.
We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
6. Retention
- Account data — until you delete your account, then deleted within 30 days (see Account Deletion). Anonymised aggregates may be retained.
- Workouts, meals, body metrics — same lifecycle as your account.
- Crash and usage logs — 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- Transactional email records — 12 months for audit.
7. International transfers
We host primarily in the EU and India. Where data crosses borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and equivalent UK / Swiss safeguards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
- Exercise any right by emailing contact@wisnolect.com or in-app under Settings → Privacy.
- We respond within 30 days (extendable once by 30 days for complex requests).
- EU/UK residents can complain to their local supervisory authority. See GDPR for details.
9. Children
Fizeek AI is for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, email contact@wisnolect.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
