Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fizeek AI (the "App"), the website at fizeek.ai (the "Site"), and any related services we make available (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Greek ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If your country sets a higher digital-consent age, that age applies.
• You confirm you have no medical condition that makes structured exercise unsafe without supervision. If you are unsure, consult a physician before starting any program.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate sign-up information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secret.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access — contact@wisnolect.com.

3. The Service is free

Fizeek AI is free to download and use at launch. We do not charge a subscription. We do not show third-party ads. We may introduce optional paid features in the future — those would be clearly labelled and opt-in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that contains malware.
• Misrepresent the AI's output as professional medical, nutritional or legal advice.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service.

5. AI output disclaimer

Fizeek AI's coach, meal-scan and plan-generation features use AI models. Their output is informational and may be incomplete or wrong. The Service is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, or trainer. Always consult a professional for medical, injury, pregnancy, or chronic-condition concerns.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service (workouts, meals, photos, messages to the coach). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not train AI models on your content unless you explicitly opt in.

7. Our content and IP

The Fizeek AI app, website, brand, designs, and software are owned by Greek and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with Apple Health, Google Fit, AI providers, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for them.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law).

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free service, will typically be zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Greek against claims arising from (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
